2. For best results, listen to it in the earliest stage of your COVID-19 infection and for 10 consecutive days.
2. Do not focus, concentrate, or visualize while listening to the recording. Just stay open and allow the vibration in.
3. Falling asleep during the recording is not only acceptable but PREFERRED.
4. If at any point, you start to feel worse, contact your doctor immediately.
